This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There are no accounts, no forms and no data collection on it.

One thing is not ours to switch off: the site is served by a hosting provider, and like any host it keeps ordinary server logs of requests to the site. A record of a request to this site therefore exists on the provider’s systems, as it would for any website. We don’t use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

The fonts used on this site are served from this site itself, not from an outside font service — loading a page here does not call out to a third-party font host.

Following the “Explore Burden of Proof” link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. This page describes this site only — once you are there, that site’s policy applies.

If you email us, we use your message and your address only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your message with anyone else.
